2020 USA Jump Rope Cross-Regional Competitor Application

Cross-Regional Competitor requests will only be accepted from eligible applicants as described the USA Jump Rope Competition Rulebook. The Competition Committee will review requests to verify eligibility. This form must be submitted in addition to the athlete's regional tournament registration.
