2019 USA Jump Rope Regional Cross-Regional Competitor Form

Coss-Regional Competitor requests will only be accepted from eligible applicants as described in Section 101.K of the USAJRF Competition Rulebook. The Competition Committee will review requests to verify eligibility. This form must be submitted in addition to the athlete's regional tournament registration.
