The 3nd Annual Voices from the Heart Gala is a celebration of YOU -- the good people of Baltimore who built and supported the Franciscan Center -- and of the tens of thousands of men, women, and children whom we've served together throughout the past 46 years.
Please join us for an evening of beautiful music, cocktails, dinner, live and silent auctions, and a presentation of the Spirit of St. Francis Award.

Back by popular demand, Mezzo Soprano Emily Righter will showcase her vocal talents once again at the 3rd Annual Voices from the Heart Gala. A former volunteer of the Franciscan Center, Emily is currently singing at the Salzburger Landestheater in Austria where she has performed there since 2011. Emily will treat us to a lively program of popular and classical music, guaranteed to steal the hearts of all who hear her.
Founded by the Franciscan Sisters of Baltimore, the Franciscan Center serves 700 men, women and children daily, Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year -- providing food, clothing, job readiness training and a range of emergency financial assistance and supportive outreach that is unique in our community. Our programs are made possible through the kindness of friends and supporters in the community – by Marylanders, for Marylanders.
