Subpart J provides tribes the opportunity to assume direct control and operation of any construction project & related activites authorized by PL 93-638. This includes: planning design, construction, repair, improvement, 7 expansion of builings or facilities, housing, law enforcement & detention facilites, sanition & water systems, roads, schools, administration & health facilities, irrigation & agricultural work, water conservation, flood control, port facilities, archaeological, cultural resource, historical preservation, and conduct of similar assesments.
