Setting appropriate limits with adolescents, and sticking to them, is a challenging but incredibly important task for parents.

In this workshop, Bethany Prescott, MA, LPC focuses on both the "why" and the "how" of limit-setting with pre-teens and adolescents. We'll discuss how to hold boundaries and make agreements with young teens in a way that honors and respects their true needs for autonomy and freedom of expression, while also honoring the needs of other family members in the shared space. We'll dive into how to build and maintain open communication with our teens, and how to stay connected in these last years before our babies fly the nest. There will also be a substantive Q&A portion of the workshop where parents' specific questions and concerns can be brought to the conversation. Learn more about Bethany at this link.

This event will be hosted virtually via Zoom. Please register at the link below for the login details. If you are unable to make this session, we will record it and share the link later in the Weekly Updates.
