Spirits of the Land - Dunino Den 

Dunino Den has an open generous energy that can give insight and inspiration.  Participants will be introduced to ways of using the breath, the senses and the power of intent to meet the land.

Dunino Den, a few miles south of St Andrews, is a leafy valley through which a burn (stream) flows.  Two crags face each other across the burn, and on one is cut a footprint and a stone basin, similar to the crowning place of Scottish Kings at Dunadd.
