Join Wendy Hanson as we review the areas that make a difference in the "happiness quotient" of the employees and their productivity.  Wendy will share part of the new assessment developed over the past 6 years to crowdsource the information needed to begin to move the culture towards more productivity and business success.

As always, this Salon will be interactive and experiential as we all learn from each other.  If you are a business coach, consultant or speak to business groups--this will be a great session for you.

Wendy Hanson has over 16 years of experience as a coach and business consultant. She assists managers and organizational teams to form the plans/goals/strategies--all the things needed to keep everyone moving in the same direction.  Through years of research working with companies including Google, AOL, and Mapquest, Wendy and her team have boiled down the components of a strong team and a healthy business.
