Thank you for considering to speak at the 24th Annual Downstate Conference hosted by HVLSA, WRAPS, NYSTRA, METRO & NYSRPS.

We are seeking dynamic presenters and proven professionals who are excited to share vital program and educational information with our park, recreation and therapeutic recreation professionals. 

THIS YEAR'S THEME "24/7" We are Recreation!" is a play on our 24th anniversary-

Providing beautiful parks and programs 24/7
Giving access to play regardless of age and ability 24/7
Teaching children what it truly means to be a team player 24/7
Teaching staff what it truly means to be a team player 24/7
Learning how to tie bows with shoestring budgets 24/7

Be creative with your sessions and content to incorporate our 24/7 theme.

8am- doors open for registration and continental breakfast

8:45- 11:05am- Sessions

11:05- 11:45am- Exclusive Exhibitor Time

11:55-1:00pm- Sessions

1:00pm -1:45pm- Lunch

1:55pm -4:15pm Sessions (3:10pm-4:00pm- Student Session)

ABSTRACT EXTENDED DEADLINE IS: JULY 20, 2018

Once your abstract is submitted, upload your resume and /or bio (250 words min) to the SPEAKERS RESUME FOLDER. Click on the NEW button and choose file upload. You may, instead, send your resume directly to Program Chair, Jeanne Scigliano.

ONLY sessions that have fully registered by abstract and resume/bio submission will be considered.
