Bros and Bettys Competition

Hosted at Benicia CrossFit. 25 Male, 25 female teams. The teams will be made up of 3 males or 3 females; the twist is one athlete must be a master (40+) or a novice (less than 1 year CF experience). Team members must be from the same gym. Saturday, June 28th 8:00am – 4:00pm Cost Per Team: $135
