Culture Transformation: Why Do It and How

Culture is deeply embedded in an organization. Habits, norms and unspoken rules are extremely difficult to change. Why then undertake a project to transform culture? Join Anne Massaro as she leads our next Pathway to Change discussion, exploring when culture transformation is necessary and thoughts on how to approach these types of projects.

This event is open and free to everyone and is intended for change enthusiasts and practitioners of every experience level. Please feel free to share details with friends and colleagues.
