Focus Groups for Transportation 

A series of informational meetings has been scheduled to address challenges related to transportation for clients of human service agencies within Waukesha County.  We need your agency’s participation.

The meetings are part of two ongoing efforts:

1. Thriving Waukesha County Alliance’s Transportation Affinity Group, a collaboration of public and private organizations seeking to identify and prioritize challenges  related to clients of health and human services’ organizations, and;
2. Mobility Management program, a program coordinated by Interfaith Senior Programs, aiming to provide transportation information and assistance to seniors and adults with disabilities.

The meetings will be facilitated and all information will be shared with both Thriving Waukesha County Alliance and the Mobility Management program.  Our shared goal is to identify what challenges your agency and your clientele face related to transportation.  This vital information will assist us in developing an action plan to address transportation challenges.

We appreciate your willingness to identify the correct individual within your organization to participate in one of the meetings listed below.  That individual may be a program director or manager, or another individual who is able to provide information related to the challenges that your agency experiences related to transportation for your clientele.
