Sanskrit Fundamentals with Shelley

Transmission of these chants from Laura

In this introductory course we will practice:

-Student-teacher Vedic Invocation (with meter)

-Sanskrit Alphabet Song

-Highlighted chant

-Meditation

-Prayer for Forgiveness pronunciation and practice

Just like yoga asana, it is not necessary to have perfect alignment to experience the benefits from the poses. With Sanskrit chanting we don't need to have perfect pronunciation, or even good pronunciation to experience the benefits of the vibrations. However, with refinement of our pronunciation, we can broaden our experience and expand our tool box of integrative methods.
