We are very excited to invite you and your family to the 15th Annual Statewide Meeting!

The meeting is filled with fun and educational sessions. You will have to opportunity to meet new families and reconnect with families you have not seen for some time!

The annual meeting is an in person event. If you are unable to attend in person, please call our office at 602-955-3947.

More Information

The Annual Meeting is a one day event with no overnight hotel stay. 

Space is limited, participation is strictly reserved for members of the bleeding disorder community and their immediate family members (spouse/children) living in the same household. Registrations will be taken on a first come, first served basis. Extended family members will be placed on a wait list.

Registration check-in will begin at 8am, the meetings will begin at 9:45am and end at 4:00pm.
Exhibit booths will be open 8:00am-5:00pm. (Times are subject to change.)

Childcare will be provided for children 12 and under, space is limited.
Children 13 and older are encouraged to attend sessions.

 

The safety and well-being of our community is our priority. As you know, COVID guidelines and recommendations change rapidly, we will continue to monitor updates from the CDC and the State of Arizona. As we get closer to the Annual Meeting, we will update attendees on guidelines being followed for an in person event.
