Main Presentation
Dev Ramcharan AI and the Changing World of Delivering Results with Projects
Everybody manages projects, efforts that have a defined start, finish and results that need to be delivered. Project Management continues to grow and evolve as a profession, renewing and reshaping itself to meet the needs of a rapidly changing business world. Our industries are being radically changed by technological innovations that look to some as if they are making the need for human beings redundant. But these innovations may just be heightening and enhancing the experience of what it is to be human, removing from us tasks that are repetitive and that don’t involve creativity and close human interaction.
Bio: Dev Ramcharan has worked in, built and managed Project Management Offices for over 20 years, working in Banking, Telecommunications and in Health Care. In his private consulting practice, Dev focuses on individual and organizational change. His services include coaching in Career Transition and Optimization, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management and High Performance Team training. Dev is a Certified Project Management Professional, a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner, a Certified Career Transition Coach, a Minds at Work Process Facilitator, Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Trainer and Coach. He is the founder and lead coach for AROUCA Consulting and Career Coaching and serves on two non-profit Boards of Directors.
