IFIA, Activities and Opportunities!
Established in 1968, International Federation of Inventors' Associations (IFIA) is a non-profit organization the activities of which are approved to be public utility by the Swiss Government. IFIA convenes over 135 member from 95 countries cooperating devotedly to support the inventors all around the world.
The First Institute of Canadian Inventors (FICI) is a not-for-profit subsidiary of the International Federation of Inventors Association (IFIA), headquartered in Toronto. FICI is committed to prepare Canadian inventors to succeed, by providing the necessary resources, including patent services, entrepreneurship workshops and technical help. We are the bridge for Canadian inventors to help them participate in international competitions, ran by both IFIA and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

By Subway: Take Yonge St. line north to ‘Sheppard’ subway station. Walk north on the west side of Yonge St.- Turn left at Upper Madison Av. and look for the CDI College entrance.
By Car: From highway 401, exit North on Yonge St. - the CDI College entrance is located on the 3rd street north of Sheppard on the west side of Yonge St. - To drop someone off before parking, turn left on the 4th street north of Sheppard on the west side of Yonge St., which is the Upper Madison Av. loop (see picture below indicating the CDI entrance door):
Attendance Fee: Guests: 10.00 online / $15.00 at the door. Guests and visitors, please register online by clicking the "Register Now" button below. Members can attend for free, but please bring your membership card to the event.
