The Tightrope

This session will discuss the balancing act faced between being criticized for being too feminine and undermining themselves or too masculine and lacking social skills.

Lunch

Keynote – Alison Butterill IBM

1:00 – 2:15

The Tug of War

Women’s different types and strategies divide them. Women naturally fall into the spectrum of personality traits all individuals do. Women in STEM environments tend to judge each other.

2:15-2:30

Break

2:30 – 3:45

Maternal Wall

Motherhood impacts women’s careers in ways it doesn’t affect fathers.
