Microsoft Excel has ascended far beyond its spreadsheet roots to enable extremely powerful data management and report generation. We explore aspects of this software that few people are aware of, and demonstrate how incredibly powerful the tool can be using the native command set. Examples may include automated graph updates, joining data from diverse sources, and developing menu-driven dashboards that drive accessibility and comprehension within your organization. This case study features customer satisfaction data, but the principles are universally applicable to other information  management approaches.
