The Case for Structural Evolution in Private Equity

This "Fireside chat" between André Bourbonnais and Ash Jaidev will touch on the subject of private markets continuing to scale, and the growing need among both private companies and investors for greater flexibility of capital and stronger long-term alignment between companies and sponsors. Structural evolution is required to enable businesses to focus on the long term and to allow investors to hold onto winning companies.

Please join us for a discussion on market developments in private equity and the case for a more flexible ownership approach. Topics include the current state of private equity markets and investment activity, the benefits of flexible and active ownership, and live underwriting examples particularly through and following the COVID-19 environment.
