Business Plan 101 

A business plan is an essential tool for you as a business owner. This interactive workshop will help you clarify your business concept and will explain the basics of a business plan. You will be provided with a business plan template, worksheets, and resources to help you complete a professional business plan of your own.

Many small business owners very often never complete their plans.  We can help you - and you don’t need to be a great writer to get the job done!
 
Come to this workshop and learn some ways to make this task easier.  We’ll identify the essential sections to include in your plan, and the most straightforward way of approaching them.  
The session will focus on:
  • Description of the business, including organization, products and services
  • Management and operations
  • Marketing and sales, with emphasis on data gathering and promotion
  • Financial projections & charts that tell the story
