Business Essentials Training - Business Plan

Participants will identify areas for improvement in their current business model, set realistic goals for their business over the next one to five years, and implement strategies to meet their set objectives. In the final session, participants have the opportunity to present their plans to a panel of small business lenders and business consultants.
