2018 Missouri Pork Expo Trade Show
Join the Missouri Pork Association for the 2018 Missouri Pork Expo, to be held February 6, 2018 at the Holiday Inn Executive Center in Columbia, Missouri. The Expo, which is the largest pork-specific event in the state, is marketed to all known Missouri pork producers and others in the pork industry. Missouri ranks 7th nationally in pork production—producers attending the Expo represent over 80% of Missouri’s production. Several companies also have meetings in conjunction with the Expo, bringing more contract producers to the event.
The exhibition fee for each 8’ x 10’ booth space is $490 if the contract is returned by November 3, 2017. After that date, the cost is $540. You will also have the opportunity to place an advertisement in the annual magazine of the Missouri Pork Association at 40% off normal rates.
Booth location is on a first come-first served basis. Please click here to review the floor layout and indicate your top three choices on the exhibitor contract, as well as companies you do not wish to be close to. We will make every attempt to meet your request, but cannot guarantee you will receive one of your three choices.
New to note for 2018 – we will be offering a Bag Sponsorship at a cost of $250. A company choosing this option will provide 600 bags to be handed out at registration. Please let me know if you are interested.
Trade show set up will be February 5, 2018 from 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm and February 6 from 7:00 am to 7:45 am. The trade show will officially open on February 6 at 8:00 am. The barbeque will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday. The trade show will close at 5:00 pm, and tear down is from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. All exhibitors are encouraged to attend the Pork Industry Banquet and Live Auction that evening, as well as the Pork Leadership Breakfast on Wednesday morning.
