PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

Please join us for our January Monthly Meeting as we start 2019 in the best possible way! Dr. Tornatore will give you tools to help you and family caregivers you work with reduce stress. You will leave this luncheon with easy to remember tools to reduce worry, quiet your mind, shift your attitude, and make feelings more manageable.  This workshop will incorporate time to practice the tools.

 ABOUT OUR SPEAKER:

Dr. Jane Tornatore, PhD, is a therapist and speaker in Seattle, WA.  She received a Master’s degree at U of IL, and a PhD at U of MN.  Before going into private practice, Dr. Tornatore spent two decades working in the field of Alzheimer’s, including directing research projects and working for the Alzheimer’s Association.

Local and national audiences rave about her engaging workshops on reducing stress, loving themselves more, improving brain health, and living more effectively with dementia.

Dr. Tornatore is the author of over 20 articles and is writing a book to help people love themselves more. We are fortunate to have her speak at our January luncheon!
