EXHIBITOR LEVELS: 

SILVER Level - $750

• Includes one 6-foot exhibit table for your company display and admission for three (3) to conference including lunch.
• Silver level key positioning of your exhibit table during the fair.
• Your company logo and link to your company website from the WMCMA and OMCMG website for three months.
• Company name and logo on pre-event promotional materials and printed on the conference schedule.

BRONZE Level - $500

• Includes one 6-foot exhibit table for your company display and admission for two (2) to conference including lunch.
• Bronze level key positioning of your exhibit table during the fair.
• Your company logo and link to your company website from the WMCMA and OMCMG website for one month.
• Company name and logo on pre-event promotional materials as a valued sponsor.

EXHIBITOR Level - $350

• Includes one 6-foot exhibit table for your company display and admission for two (2) to conference including lunch.
• Name on Event website as a general exhibitor

NON-PROFIT Level - $250

• We have a limited number of tables for charitable nonprofit organizations to exhibit at our event at a large discount - $250 registration fee. Must be a 501 c 6 charitable organization to get this rate.

POSTER CEU - Free Add-on! *sponsored by Retirement Connection

• Poster presentations are limited to SIX (6) for this event so attendees have time to visit all of the exhibits.
• We will be offering 1.0 CE to attendees who visit your booth and complete the poster requirments during the exhibitor portion. You must present the poster material and sign the attendee scorecard so this is an excellent way to meet all participating attendees.
• Check the poster presentation box on the registration page and we will follow up with you with simple instructions and answer any questions.
• Retirement Connection Sponsors only for ease of CE application.

Important Information:

We expect 130 - 150 attendees. Exhibitor booths are limited to to 40 for this event. Register NOW.  

Most exhibits will be in the same large conference space as the conference itself. To request a booth in a separate exhibit space outside the conference room, email contactwmcma@gmail.com.   Please see the Conference Schedule to the left for details of the day's events.

Giveaways:  Giveaways will be done during the lunch hour at the conference. Many exhibitors choose to bring a gift or basket as a prize giveaway item and you are welcome to do that.  It is not required but it is a fun way to collect attendee business cards.  We will have a specific time for giveaway announcements where you can bring up your item up to the stage, take a few seconds to introduce yourself and your company and announce the winner. You will draw a name for your basket from the cards you have collected.

Lodging Information:

WMCMA and OMCMG has a room block at the Hotel RL Olympia for both Friday, April 28th and Saturday, April 29th. The Hotel RL Olympia just completed a gorgeous all encompassing renovation. They have a fantastic onsite restaurant and calming views wherever you look. Why sit in traffic when you can take advantage of our special pricing and extend your stay!

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXHIBITORS.  Payment is due at time of registration either by credit card or commitment to send check payment.

Cancellation policy:  If you cancel by April 15, 2017, a full refund minus a $25 processing fee will be issued.  No refunds can be given if you cancel after April 15, 2017 or don't show at the event unless you or we can find another exhibitor at the last minute to take that spot.
