Learning and Development: Experimenting with Type in Our Everyday Relationships

 Presented By

Wendy Horikoshi (ISTJ preferences)

 Members:  Free     Visitors:  $35
NOTE:  Members may bring first-time guests at no charge

Please note that we begin at 9:00 a.m.  with refreshments and facilitated networking. Announcements at 9:15, Wendy begins at 9:30.

How does type enter into our daily relationships? With our partners, significant others, family and with our colleagues and community persons? Do we consciously think about type when working with another individual? And, do we do so more when it is someone where relationships seem fairly smooth or when things hit road bumps or both? Come to this experiential workshop to think through, listen, learn and share with other BAAPT participants. This is not a typical training but an interactive session to explore and learn more about ourselves and how we relate to each other.

Through a learning, development and coaching lens, Wendy invites you to:

  • Engage in a couple of exercises to focus on your communication, problem-solving or creativity in your working, living or social relationships in a particular situation.
  • Identify Triggers & Aha's: Explore whether type and behavioral patterns might enhance new perspectives. We'll touch upon other filters besides type, including culture, Neurolinguistics Learning Programming (NLP) for alignment of self and the Enneagram as a coping mechanism system.
  • Share your knowledge of type and relationships that could be helpful and meaningful for other particpants in your group.

This presentation is geared to all knowledge level of type functions.
