Guest Speaker Woody Cozad Woody has more than 30 years of political and legal experience,including serving as chairman for the Missouri Republican Partyin the 90’s, and has been recognized by The Federalist Society for his contributions to law and public policy. We value his insight and friendship as a member of the HCC Board of Trustees.
