A Glimpse into Astrology with Amy Randy – FSIM member

 Why do we look at astrology as a way to try to understand? We all seem to be looking for ways to better understand our own behaviors, feelings and reasoning. Astrology can give us a glimpse into our individualism. Astrology is a combination of the science of astronomy, the individualism of when and where we are born and the intuitive interpretation of signs, aspects and relationships found in the natal astrological chart. It is very complex and takes many years to learn.

How do we determine astrological chart? The natal chart is determined by the exact place you were born, hour and minutes of your birth, and the placement of the planets in the sky at the exact moment. If you work with more advanced astrologists, they can do a chart showing where the planets are today or where they will be in the future. I can give you a taste of what basic astrology offers, For this meeting, I will give you a brief glimpse into what is occurring right now and explain the meanings of some of the signs, aspects and houses in a natal chart.
