We're extremely excited to announce that the next Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market will be held on Sunday August 16, 2015!

VENDOR REGISTRATION FOR THE TRENTON PUNK ROCK FLEA MARKET ON SUNDAY AUGUST 16, 2015 IS NOW SOLD OUT.

For those of you returning from our last event in March… welcome back! We’re stoked you’ve decided to join us again. For new vendors… welcome aboard! We’re glad to have ya! 

This TPRFM will feature over 200+ vendors selling everything from vintage and handmade goods, vinyl, clothing, original art, unique collectibles, movie memorabilia and just about anything else you can possibly imagine.

We should mention that due to the overwhelming response we have received for vendor registration, we have found the need to limit tables to a maximum of two (2) per vendor. As always, the associated vendor registration fees include your 6-foot table(s). That being said, WE DO NOT SUPPLY CHAIRS. Please keep this in mind when registering.

The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market will NO LONGER be accepting vendors who are representatives such as Jamberry Nails or Origami Owl or resellers or representatives from other corporate-backed products. We love that you want to be a part of the flea but this is a DIY market and vendors must reflect that. If you do register as a vendor, we will cancel your registration and refund your money. Thanks for your understanding.

The TPRFM offers FREE parking which is located at 640 South Broad Street. This is a public parking lot that can easily fit hundreds of cars so parking will not be an issue!

As always, this event will also act as a benefit to a local, Trenton-based non-profit. We are still working on the details of this but expect us to run another food drive to benefit local families in need. We firmly believe in giving back to the community and we hope you’ll support us in this endeavor.

We are currently accepting vendors that are looking to sell the following types of items: 
vintage vinyl/cd's/cassettes of all genres, vintage or original clothing, sticker and button makers,
original artwork, steampunk related items, vintage or new concert shirts, handmade quilts, old punk rock/hardcore/jazz/blues/rock//soul/hip hop related items, tools, original sculpture, musical instruments, handmade crafts, handmade or original jewelry, sneakerheads, stereo equipment,
automobile parts, band merch tables, venue promoter merchandise, bakeries, local and independent
beer brewers, vegan/vegetarian and specialty food sales, books, vintage or unique linens, vintage
or unique, DJ euipment, housewares, music/art/film related memorabilia and items, vintage and
unique toys, video games and consoles, comic books, silkscreened art, art supplies, glassware,
dishware, kitchen items, computer related items, unique collectibles, antiques, handmade picture frames, bicycle parts/tools, skateboards, graffiti supplies and other related items.

Brick and mortar businesses are welcome (but will be limited).

VENDOR FEES AND SPECIFICS (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

• Your vendor fee includes a your vending space and a 6' table. CHAIRS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
• Space will not be assigned unless you register for more than one table. If you register for multiple tables, we will reserve your spot in advance. This assures that your tables wil be next to each other. Locations are chosen on a first come, first served basis. 
• If you have registered for one table, you choose your own location the morning of the event. If you have registered more than one table, your tables WILL be preassigned to ensure they are next to each other.
• Vendors may sell gently used, vintage and/or new items. We place a limit on the number
  of brick and mortar businesses selling new items.
• Each vendor will receive one 6’ space. Your entire space will be approximately 7' wide
  allowing for some room between tables for easy access to your table.
• We do not allow for businesses to solely promote (i.e. set up information booths) at our markets. You must be selling gently used or new items in order to participate.
• Vendors can include one employee (guest) to their table at no additional charge. If you wish for more
  than one person to join you at the flea market, they can pay the $4 admission fee to the flea market
  the day of the event.
• Vendors cannot serve food. If you would like to sell pre-packaged, homeade goods we'd love to have you but serving food is not allowed. If you are a food truck/vendor and would like to participate in the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market you should contact info@trentonprfm.com.
• You must be registered to do business within the State of NJ to vend at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market. If you are not registered, you cannot vend. Please keep this in mind when registering. Refunds will not be issued for vendors who fail to comply.

LOOKING TO SERVE FOOD? READ BELOW.

• Food trucks looking to participate should NOT use this form to register. 
• The Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market works with food vendors and food trucks to serve food to attendees. Therefore vendors cannot serve food. If you would like to sell pre-packaged, homeade goods we'd love to have you but serving food is not allowed.
• If you are a food truck/vendor and would like to participate in the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market you should contact info@trentonprfm.com.

NOT ALLOWED (NO EXCEPTIONS)

• Weapons, knives, swords etc.
• Pornography
• Pets, open alcohol containers or illegal substances within the flea market boundaries at any time
• NO SMOKING in the building. If you must smoke, please do so outside and at least 15 feet away
  from the building

In registering for the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, you agree to comply with all guidelines, rules, regulations, times, etc. You agree to allow the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market to take and/or use photographs, video and/or recordings of your booth for promotional purposes in print or televised advertisements, brochures, postcards, fliers, website, and other marketing collateral. You agree your registration fee will not be refunded unless the TPRFM is cancelled. You agree not to hold the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market, or its partners, responsible if you do not make a profit. You understand that the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market reserves the right to reject any vendor registration if it feels items for sale do not meet the DIY or punk rock ethic of the event's primary mission. You certify that you have read or been given the opportunity to read and fully understand the Trenton Punk Rock Flea vendor agreement. 

By registering to be a vendor at the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market you agree to all terms and conditions.
