Land Volunteers 

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS
We need volunteers to support our land venues and activities for the 2021 XVI Black Bass World Championship. Our volunteers will enjoy supporting the international teams and celebrations in Columbia, SC and Dreher Islands State Park.

An event is as strong as its volunteers. Land Volunteers help with registration, directing attendees to event locations, boat logistics and refueling, ice and lunch distribution, answering spectator questions, and ensuring the event runs smoothly.

Bring your southern hospitality and smile! Your participation will make this event successful. The USA Bass Team, US Angling, and Capital City Lake Murray Country all say "Thank you"!

When is the Bass Championship?

What we provide to our Land Volunteers:

• Event Staff Jersey
• Event Staff Hat
• Event Badge and Lanyard
• Daily Ramp Lunch
• Daily event breakfast with teams at Doubletree Hotel 
• Saturday, October 30, 2021 Volunteer Meetings, 2 meeting times offered
•   Stewards & Volunteers must attend one meeting
•   9:00 AM - 10:30 AM Stewards and Volunteers Meeting
•   4:00 PM - 5:30 PM Stewards and Volunteers Meeting
• Saturday, November 6, 2021 Closing Awards Dinner Ticket 

What we need from you:

• Enthusiasm, smiles, and true southern hospitality
• Show up on time to support your assignment
• Wear your event jersey and hat at all activities
• Bring your own all weather gear because we fish in the rain
• Willingness to make this event the best ever
• Ability to work long hours if needed
