Arlene is the Founder and Principal at ADR Hospitality Consulting. She is a Lecturer at the Conrad N. Hilton College of the University of Houston, in Houston, Texas
Arlene Earned a BBA in Accounting, The University of Texas at Austin; MBA with emphasis in International Finance, Sam Houston State University. CHAE, CHE.
Arlene has more than 20 years' experience in hospitality finance and hotel development. She has held various accounting/finance positions with Marriott, Four Seasons, Benchmark Hospitality and the Woodlands Development Company; serves as the Vice President of the Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP), past chair of the HFTP Education Advisory Council (2011-2013) and member of the HFTP Editorial Advisory Council since 1999.
