 The 50+ population of home owners represents the largest and best group for home design and home improvement . Universal design and accessibility are an important part of the planning process. Presented in an adapted home showroom with interactive exhibits,you will see and try home and bathroom designs that add function, beauty and lasting value to a home. From walk in tubs, to elevators, lifts and the latest in home automation,this presentation will equip you to make a life changing impact on your clients.

Can accessibility and universal design be beautiful? What are the options for accessible homes and bathrooms? What are the key design criteria for planning and function? What is recommended for each client as you consider open concept floorplans,walk in tubs, and barrier free baths?
