March 1, 2017 - Lomi Lomi Series: Day 3 - Na`au (gut)
Day 3 we move to the center of our core, our Na`au, the home of our piko. We also refer to this anatomical region of our body as our opu. Our Na`au is what connects us to the present, and to the seen and unseen realms. We will be going over kidney-pu`upa`a, liver-ake, and the stomach/intestines-opu. Keiki are welcome. PAPAHANA/NOHONA
