SCREAM Retreat- April 13-15, 2018 

Calling 3rd, 4th and 5th graders.... It's time to get your SCREAM on!! 

We are heading to The Woodlands Camp in Cleveland, Ga for an awesome weekend of fun, new friendships, amazing worship times, lake activities, zip lines, games, professional face painter, shaving cream contest, fishing rodeo, juggling workshops and so much more!

The registration fee is $220 per person.  This includes Friday night Chick-fil-A dinner, lodging and meals at camp,  transportation costs, and t-shirt!  

Contact Stephanie Mitchell in the Children's Ministry Office with any questions regarding registration. Scholarships are available. 

The deadline to cancel a registration and receive a refund is March 1st , 2018.  After this date, refunds will only be offered if we have someone to take your spot.

REQUIRED FORMS - Forms Deadline is March 14th, 2018!

 We need a copy of the folloing form for each child coming on the reatreat:

• Woodlands Release Form- Child
• Woodlands Release Form- Chaperone

IMPORTANT: if you are reigstering more than one child please read the following information 

You can register more than one child by clicking "Add Additional Children." You can register up to 2 additional siblings. Please do not register children that are not in your family.
