2nd ANNUAL DARTMOUTH ROTARY SCHOLASTIC CHESS TOURNAMENT

FORMAT: Four sections unrated
Novice – UNRATED
Age 10 and under section – UNRATED
Age 14 and under section – UNRATED
OPEN- UNRATED
Trophies will be awarded to the top three players in each section.
Everyone plays all 4 rounds.
You may play in a higher age group if preferred. 1/2-point bye available in any round, but must notify organizer in advance. Round 1 starts at 10:00 AM. Others on completion of each round.
DOOR REGISTRATION: At the door $10 entry fee. 9:00-9:45 AM. Cash or check only at door. Credit card may only be used for advance registration.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION: Online entry fee $10. Southeast New England Chess Association is a non-profit organization.
DIRECTIONS
From Boston:
Take US 93 South, next take Rte. 24 South until you get to Rte. 140 South. Take Rte. 140 South until the set of lights at Rte. 6. Turn right onto Rte. 6 and travel to the second set of lights. At these lights, take a left on to Slocum Road. Continue on Slocum Rd. for about 1 mile past the Town Hall. Dartmouth Middle School
From Providence:
Take I-195 East and procede to exit 13A- Rte. 140 South. Take Rte.140 South until the set of lights at Rte. 6. Turn right onto Rte. 6 and travel to the second set of lights. At these lights, take a left on to Slocum Road. Continue on Slocum Rd. for about 1 mile past the Town Hall. Dartmouth Middle School is on the left.
From Worcester:
Take I-495 South. From I-495, next take Rte. 24 South until you get to Rte. 140 South. Take Rte. 140 South until the set of lights at Rte. 6. Turn right onto Rte. 6 and travel to the second set of lights. At these lights, take a left on to Slocum Road. Continue on Slocum Rd. for about 1 mile past the Town Hall. Dartmouth Middle School is on the left.
From Cape Cod:
Take Rte. 6 West to I-495(Rte. 25) North. Then take I-195 West towards New Bedford/Fall River. Continue on I-195 to the exit for Rte. 140 South. Take Rte.140 South until the set of lights at Rte. 6. Turn right onto Rte. 6 and travel to the second set of lights. At these lights, take a left on to Slocum Road. Continue on Slocum Rd. for about 1 mile past the Town Hall. Dartmouth Middle School is on the left.
