THE ‘WATER’ SONGS ARE BORN  In 2006, Daniel Nahmod settled into a small house in Moab, Utah, where for three months he explored the sheer cliffs and slot canyons of Arches and Canyonlands National Parks, sat quietly beside snowmelt creeks and pools, and watched the moon rise over the 300-million-year-old rock landscape as it shifted and settled, advanced and receded.  Through it all, he wrote over 125 songs of tranquility and nature, faith and surrender, birth and death.  His award-winning WATER CD was the powerful result, featuring such now-classic songs as "Everything New," "Where The Ocean Says To Go," "Planting Seeds," and the brilliant and stirring "Last Song."

Over the next four years, Daniel returned to Moab each winter with a group of loving and adventurous people from across the U.S., sharing from his heart the peace and quiet, the breathtaking beauty, the insight and inspiration, and, of course, the songs. He called it the Water Retreat.  And those who attended were touched - and changed - forever. 

FAITH, SERENITY AND SURRENDER  Now, for the first time, Daniel presents an intimate, soul-settling “mini” Water Retreat, at a beautiful private home in Scottsdale.  For a few unforgettable hours, Daniel will offer readings and music, sharing and journaling, and guide you through his “Water Consciousness” of faith, serenity and surrender conceived to bring deeper peace of mind, greater clarity, and a renewed and refined sense of purpose for your life.  It's a philosophical and spiritual approach which can quite literally change the way you view the universe and your place in it.

PRIVATE CONCERT TO END THE DAY  After a delicious lunch (included) and quiet time on the beautiful property, Daniel will close your Retreat with a very special and intimate private concert.  Just relax, open up, and be serenaded by this extraordinary and inspired singer-songwriter and teacher before heading home.  Your favorite song requests are welcome!

You'll be asked to make your lunch selections for all registrants (including a vegetarian option), when you register.  Coffee, tea and water will be available all day.

Cancellations within 21 days of the event will receive a refund less $15 per person.  Cancellations within ten days of the event are refundable, less $15 per person, only if we are able to fill your space(s) with a new registrant.
