Please join us for a different kind of Ladies' Night on Nov. 9, 2014, from 5-8 PM. Bring your girlfriends, sisters, daughters, mothers -- any lady who wants to have more hardware know-how and have a little fun! Registration is open to any woman, but we ask that you please register -- directly or as a guest.

We will announce the winner at 7:00PM during the event, so the winner will have one hour to load up her shopping cart. You might want to make a shopping list in advance!

In addition to the how-to demonstrations, Catherine of Catherine's Day Spa will be on hand with samples and advice on caring for your skin.

2014 Ladies' Night How-To Demos

• Environmentally-friendly Pest Removal – K&B True Value’s in-house pest expert, Tim, will discuss earth-friendly solutions to preventing and removing insects, mice and other pests from in and around your home.
• Toilet Repairs – Perhaps the most used device in your home, your toilet can cost you in wasted water and lots of frustration if not operating property. Felipe will demonstrate basic toilet repair that will help keep this all-important device working smoothly.
• Re-Caulking Bathtubs and Showers – Keeping the caulk in your bathtub and shower in good shape not only looks good but will prolong the life of your bathroom. K&B True Value’s Clayton will demonstrate the proper methods of caulking.
• Green Cleaning Alternatives – Our own “Clean Queen” Kelsey will demonstrate and discuss green cleaning alternatives for your home that work.
• Choosing and Installing Smoke Alarms/Carbon Monoxide Detectors – K&B True Value’s Pete will discuss the type of alarms/detectors available and will demonstrate the proper installation of these life saving devices for the home.
• Re-Screen a Screen – Richard will show you the various tools, supplies and helpful hints so you can repair that screen and pop it back into the frame.
• Basic Tools Needed for Your Home Toolbox – Our own in-house tool expert, Joe, will review the basic tools and items you need to create the home toolbox every homeowner needs.
