The Pipeline Safety Leadership Training program is designed specifically for pipeliners, with scenarios straight out of pipeline job sites. 

Real-life examples are explored through engaging videos, role-play exercises, interactive activities and provocative discussion topics to convey the power of culture on safety performance.  When fully implemented, this tool will create a safety accountability process that makes it clear to all what is expected of them while ensuring they have the ability to do it.

Each attendee of the Open Train-the-Trainer workshop receives 3 days of training on how to use this tool for change within their organization.  They also receive a printed copy of the program facilitator guide and 50% off a 1-year subscription to the program.*

The next open train-the-trainer workshop will be on a virtual platform and begin on July 28, 2020.  The virtual workshop will be held in 4-hour sessions on the following dates:  July 28, July 30, August 4, August 6, August 11 and August 13.  Details will be communicated to each attendee.
