Customer Service at the Library Webcast 

This is a pre-recorded, 17 minute webcast.  With our online anytime format, you will immediately receive the link to the webcast and password. There is not a handout for this webcast.  You do not need any special software to view and listen, just a computer!  Since passwords are changed frequently, we suggest viewing the webcast as soon as possible after registering.

To thrive in the future, and keep pace with changing patron needs, libraries must deliver service quality that measures up to the increased expectations of its customers. That's why Think & Do created "Customer Service at the Library." This video is an ideal orientation for new library employees and a great refresher course for seasoned staff.  It is a powerful tool to help library employees work effectively with customers.

Presenter: Steve Wishnack is the President & Founder of Think & Do.  Steve founded Think & Do in 1989 after a 25 year career as an educator, trainer and business consultant. He has worked with a wide variety of clients from international organizations like Hewlett-Packard, Johnson & Johnson and the Marriott Corporation to municipalities and libraries nationwide. Steve's passion is to help organizations cultivate customer relationships by offering products and services that promote, reinforce and enrich a customer-centered culture.

Cost:

 Each registration entitles only the registrant to access the webcast.  Registrations may not be shared in any way or viewed in a group setting. You may not broadcast or redistribute without prior approval from Mid-America Library Alliance. That includes, but is not limited to, displaying webcast via projector, large screen tv, or overhead projector.
