In this webcast, our presenter will walk you through the process of goal setting and take you through the steps of creating an Individual Development Plan that can be used for personal or professional goals. Learn about SMART goals, development plans and establishing timelines.
Objectives:
Presenter: Tiffany Hentschel, SPHR, is the Employee Relations Manager for Johnson County Government. She has worked in Human Resources in the public sector for over 15 years, serving more than nine years at the Johnson County Library. Tiffany earned a Master's Degree in Human Resources Development and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University. She is a member of the MARC Government Training Institute Supervisory Certificate training team and also trains on a variety of HR topics.
