Celebrate Your Right to Know!

It’s your government.  It’s your money.  It's your right to know.

That's why NMFOG has fought for 26 years to guarantee that you and your fellow New Mexicans can access public information. Join us Wednesday, October 5 to support open government and celebrate our 2016 William S. Dixon First Amendment Freedom Award winners. This year's transparency champions include:

  • Terri Cole, president and CEO of the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce, Business Award
  • Steve Terrell, reporter and columnist for The Santa Fe New Mexican, Journalism
  • Award
  • Norm Gaume, citizen and environmental activist for the Gila River, Citizen Award
  • Dr. Annette Marie Rodriguez, instructor at Northern New Mexico University and Santa Fe Community College, Education Award

Join us as we celebrate FOG's work and the accomplishments of these government transparency warriors.

Together, we can protect our democracy and open up New Mexico government!

Deadline to buy tickets: Friday, September 30, 2016, at 4:00 p.m.
