PRESERVE IT SUNDAY EXPERIENCE!

This food preservation workshop is designed for youth ages 7-18 and an adult to learn along side the youth participant.  Food preservation is a kitchen skill that typically involves an adult guiding a youth through the preservation process.  The workshop is a great opportunity for youth and their adult guest to learn together.  Participants will learn about water bath and pressure canning.  Youth will have finished fair exhibits by the end of the workshop.  Program materials are provided.
