CREATE BETTER HEALTH 

Create Better Health is a fun 6-week in-person program for limited-income individuals designed to get participants in the kitchen where they can learn basic cooking skills, have the opportunities to discuss the concepts, and practice new habits that will help take control of their own nutrition and health.

Create Better Health also emphasizes the importance of being physically active and is designed to help participants add physical activity into their busy days.  

Create Better Health will be hosted at the Senior Resource Center for Douglas County.  The program will be taught by K-State Research and Extension Douglas County's SNAP-Ed educator team.
