Guidance On Federal, State and COVID-related Leave Laws

With up to six forms of mandated leave to administer, employers are needing guidance on how to respond to various requests that may be related or unrelated to COVID.  How do employers administer an event that involves both?

Join us for a discussion on the interplay of FMLA, extended FFCRA, NYS Covid Leave, DBL/PFL and the new NYS sick leave laws..  Our presenters will provide an overview of each laws and how they may interact and overlap.
