2020 Santee Aloha 5K
Sponsor Application & Booth Agreement

Dear Community Supporter:

The Santee School District Foundation will hold its 6th annual Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk on Saturday April 25, 2020 at Town Center Community Park in Santee.

The Foundation has contributed over $200,000 in recent years for visual and performing arts andenhanced technology for students of the Santee School District, the future of our community. We couldn’t achieve our level of success without our participants, volunteers, and most importantly ourcherished sponsors. Your event sponsorship directly enriches our Santee School district students.

For 2020, we are setting our goals even higher! We are anticipating over 600 race participants, and aim to raise $30,000 for Santee students. We hope you will join us in supporting our mission and become asponsor of the 2020 Santee Aloha 5K Fun Run & Walk.

Our Sponsors enjoy the great benefit of receiving increased exposure of their business, products, andservices by reaching a very targeted audience of consumers within the local community of Santee, andsurrounding San Diego county communities. By becoming a sponsor, your business will have a strongpresence at the event providing a direct connection with participants.

SPONSORSHIP DEADLINE:
Please submit your Sponsorship Application & Booth Agreement with your donations by March 23, 2020.

  • COURSE SIGNAGE SPONSOR ($600) – three sponsors at this level

    - Your company name/logo on 25 directional signage on the course. This is a high visibility opportunity to display your company support repetitively throughout the race course. One sponsor at beginning/end of course and two sponsors along course route.

    - Signs may be provided by SSDF for $100 additional

  • EVENT SPONSOR ($500) – unlimited sponsors at this level
    - Special recognition/announcement on race day
    - Acknowledgment of your support online and throughout the event
    - Company logo/name included on event T-shirts & thank you banner

  • VENDOR BOOTH SPONSOR ($200) – unlimited sponsors at this level
    - Have a booth presence at the race
    - All booth sponsors expected to provide an activity for kids and/or free giveaways. This is a great way to interact with the families, staff and community members of Santee.
    - Company name included as text on event T-shirts & thank you banners

  • EXCLUSIVITY in your industry - if available - inquire for details and cost

  • IN-KIND DONATION  SPONSOR – Provide products or services valued at $200 or greater in exchange for sponsor support you will be able to have a presence at the event and receive the basic Benefits mentioned above.  Donation examples: • Bottled water, sports or recovery drink (coconut water) • Energy gels or bars • Electrolyte tablets • Refueling food (fruit, bagels, etc.) • Specialty finish line treats (sno-cones, etc.) • Photo or video services • First aid volunteer personnel
