Wondering how we'll know what your leadership style is?

In preparation for this exciting day of learning, there are two online assessments that you'll need to complete. The ProfileXT and the Performance Indicator will provide a boatload of personal information that allows you to have a complete understanding of your leadership style. We will review results that day, and you will have an opportunity for a follow-up phone session to explore additional comments and questions that you have. 

The assessments will take approximately 90 minutes to complete. You will receive numerous reports, in addition to our discussion, reference guides and support materials so this information will continue to be valuable, long after the workshop.
