Healthy 62 years old female presents uncomfortable maxillary partial denture. The bridge in the lower left quadrant is also failing. She does have a history of dental implant being placed in the maxillary canione area more than 10 years ago. It was placed in a "tilted" configuration in order to maximize implant to bone contact - a common technique performed in the early 1990s. The implant is well maintained, and is connected to natural teeth via complex prosthesis. What is the best way to place dental implants in this area in order to create stable, long-lasting posterior prosthesis?
