EMS Symposium 2018 – Wednesday Registration
This form is for Wednesday, May 23. Topics: Basic STEMI, Sepsis, OB Emergencies, Opioid Overdose, Pediatric Resuscitation and Handtevy System. You must register for each day you plan to attend. If you plan to attend all three days, you need to complete three registration forms. Participants registered before May 7, 2018 will receive a T-shirt.
