Participants will gain an understanding of the history of ICD-10-CM, the major changes that are coming for Long Term Care, and what needs to be done NOW to ensure a successful transition to ICD-10-CM

Bill Roush is a RHIT (Registered Health Information Technician) as well as an AHIMA-Approved ICD-10-CM Trainer/Ambassador.  Bill is a HIM (Health Information Management) Consultant to many Northern California facilities.  Bill has been working in healthcare for 30 years.  Since October 2013, Bill has conducted 51 individual ICD-10-CM training sessions for 561 students
