Avoiding Pharmacy F-tags in the LTC Settings

Jeff Herr, Pharm.D. has been Manager of Clinical Operations for PharMerica in CA and HI since 1911. Jeff has been a speaker at several meetings including CAHF and chapter and state levels and the Kaiser Elderly Health Care Educational Symposium. He has had several personal meetings and communications with CDPH and has insights and experience on avoiding pharmacy related F-tags in SNF’s.    Jeff graduated from University of Pacific in Stockton where he was Class President.

$45.00 per person for all reservations on or after February 22 or at the door.
