This course will give an overview of the AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program.  Participants will learn how to position their organizations to achieve the Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards and improve overall quality in their organizations utilizing the Baldrige Criteria.  This course will describe the application process and provide organizations with tips and things to consider when completing the application. 

Lori Cooper is the current Secretary/Treasurer of CAHF and is the Administrator at Stonebrook Healthcare Center in Concord.   The first California nursing facility and one of only 24 facilities in the history of the American Health Care Association to earn an AHCA Gold Excellence in Quality Award. Stonebrook has also earned a Silver Achievement in Quality Award in 2010 and a Bronze Commitment to Quality Award in 2009.

$45.00 per person for all reservations on or after October 20^th or at the door.
