Due to the pandemic:
The resorts where we plan to ski, are requiring persons to show proof of vaccination and wear masks in order to eat within their on-mountain lodges, as detailed at https://www.snow.com/info/winter-experience.aspx
Participants will also have to wear masks when indoors and social distance within our group, and with those around us.

All ASCSA accommodations are gender separate.
Cancelation Policy: No refunds except at the discretion of the ASCSA Executive Committee considering current circumstances.

Event Registration Payment Information:
Your event registration payment includes:
- All lodging.
- All food for breakfast.
- All food for lunch fixings and snacks.
- All food for five dinners.
- A Journal-listed Christian Science Practitioner who supports the event through prayer.
- ASCSA dues.
Other than this Event Registration Fee, all other expenses are your additional costs. In particular, you are responsible to pay for your Winter Activities, travel to and from this event, and transportation during this event except for free shuttles.
